Since 2012, I have been a director on the board of directors for Pine Tree Park. One of my main duties was to supervise all recreational activities in Pine Tree Park. This includes leading the construction of the new petanque courts and upgrading the tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard playgrounds and pool. I’m also the director who oversees the Social Club.


Employment history 

From 1969 to 2004, I worked for the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department, moving from the officer to the sergeant, to the lieutenant, the captain, the senior captain, and finally retiring to the rank of major.

From 1994 to 2002, I was president of the Hampden County Supervisor Association.



At the personal level 

Married 51 years to Zell Murray. We have three boys, six grandchildren and a great-grandson.
